    Hi,

My ACER 4710 notebook have been experiencing WLAN drop out or cannot
connect to network upon starting up the laptop.

I'm using the ACER eNet Management - see below versions:

    Acer Empowering Technologoy Framework 2.5.4006
    Acer eNet Management 2.6.4008
    Acer ePower Managment 2.5.4017
    Acer eAudio Managment 2.5.4012
    Acer ePresentation Managment 2.5.4002
    Acer eDataSecurity Management 2.5.4241
    Acer eLock Managment 2.5.4005
    Acer eRecovery Managment 2.5.4013
    Acer eSettings Management 2.5.4008

Everytime when powering up 90% it failed to detect the wireless network
and I have to go throught manually to select the network few times before
it can be connected. I have already configured all the wireless settings
including profile, priority and whatever that needs to be done.

Even it managed to connect to wireless network, the internet led indicator
will always blinks and it affects the connection speed or just line disconnected. Other than this, it will 90% dropped out or disconnected.

Can I disable ACER eNet Manangement software and instead use the Home
Vista, other than any solutions to this.

Is very tiring and disappointed whenever I use the laptop.

    Can anyone help please!!!

The light blinks when it's transfering data. You might uninstall all
networks and then reinstall the one you use. Also be sure you have the latest drivers for your wifi card.

It might not be the laptop at all. It could be interference from another WiFi source. Try changing your WiFi channel on your Router. It will be in a range of 1-12 (depending where you are located) so if it's 1 or 6 or 10 try changing well away from the current value.

You change the WiFi values AFTER connecting the Router to the laptop by a LAN cable - otherwise when you change any parameters you will loose the WiFi connection and can't complete the change.

Many Routers access their set up page by enetering 192.168.0.1 in your web browser address page. But look at your exact details in the Router manual - you will need the Routers User Name and Password which aren't your own WiFi settings.
