BTW, CPU-Z likely reports your chipset wrongly. It seems to think any 96x-series chipset running at FSB533 is a GL960. AFAIK all 4720s have a GM965 chipsets (PM965 for the 4720G). (If it were a GL960, even pairing it with a T2310 would be a violation of Intel specs - the GL960, in theory, may only be used with Celeron CPUs. In practice, GL960+T9500 is possible.)

Thank you so much for your answers ellalan and .NetRoller 3D.

I rcheck this time and the notebook has a GL960, but I read the links and give me hope to upgrade the cpu.

Now my question is ¿is there some way to view the compatible procesors for the bios?

    I want to buy a T7500, T8100 or T8300

No Acer has any whitelist for any hardware.
