    Acer 4801T internet problems

    Hi,

    I've just bought an acer 4810T and am having serious problems accessing the internet.

    My current laptop, a 3 year old Toshiba, is really quick on my wireless internet, but my new acer is sooooo slow. Running a couple of open tabs at once and the whole thing grinds to a halt. Also, when I run the acer on the battery, the internet won't stay connected. it just connects and reconnects every minute or so, which makes using the web problematic.

    Any solutions or advice would be appreciated.
