    Acer 4810TZ Power Button Question

    This isn't a major problem, but I'm curious why I need to press the power button twice to turn on my Acer 4810TZ if I plug in the power adapter to the laptop by itself without the battery? Pressing the button the first time does nothing, but pressing it a second time does power on the computer.

    I remember a Dell Vostro 1400 I had before that did not have this issue.
