Hi,
I installed my own Windows 7 on the 4820TG and also installed the LaunchManager. The driver is obviously there becuase when I switch WiFi on/off a small icon appears on the desktop that hasn't been there before. But I am unable to start the software itself which should allow me to program the-key!
Has anybody got an idea? I am confused...
Thanks!

Yes you are. Hit Fn-F3. If you see the wireless and BT menus, it's working.

The "P" key is not a shortcut function to open programs like on the Acer Aspire 5740G laptop. It's a power savings function used for switchable graphics. Launch Manager is working correctly if you can switch the Wi-Fi on and off. -
Sorry, if I was imprecise: By saying that the icon appears I wanted to emphasize that something has been installed. I have got the 4820TG-7805 without Bluetooth, so I only get an on/off message, no menu.
Oh no, I wasted the last half hour searching for how to configure it, thank you
But unfortuntely nothing happens when I press the P-Button. I also have never seen that the light next to it is shining. -
When you unplug the power adapter and use battery on the 4820TG, does the light next to the "P" key turn on?

Yes, it does! It obviously only works when the Laptop runs on battery.
Thank you so much for your super-fast help and have a nice afternoon!
