    Hi! Took my laptop apart to find out what clockgen I have..

    look at the pics and tell me what clockgen i have!

    Right so you are looking for a chip that starts with ICS or RTM or SLG.

    Well you could put the code you've found into google and look for a datasheet or someone selling them.

    There will probably be only one chip in your computer made by one of those three.

    I left a message on your post in the 3820TG thread. Here is what the clockgen looks like. http://forum.notebookreview.com/6700413-post45.html On the 3820TG, it is under the GPU Fan/sink assembly, so you have to take the motherboard out and turn it over to get access to it. I don't know where it is on the 4820TG, but I think there is a disassembly guide linked in the 4820TG thread. You might ask there. I know that some owners have taken their units apart.
