Help! I recently had the battery in my Acer 4830T changed since it was not holding a charge. After changing the battery,Windows 7 needed to be reinstalled. After the reinstallation of Windows 7 the scroll feature on the mouse pad will not work. I checked to mouse settings and reloaded the drivers which did nothing and indicated the drivers were up to date. Can anyone help? thanks

    Try re-installing Launch Manager application.
