    Hello,

    Does anyone know to open the 4830tg? I need to change the thermal paster on mine and I dot know how to remove the back panel without damaging it.

    I'd like to know the same thing.
    I'm going to buy a 4830TG and I think I will replace its screen.
    EDIT: sorry for asking about service manual. :)

    If you get lucky and get images please post here. I got stuck after removing the keyboard.

    I think that for changing the display you only need ot remove all the screws from the bottom, then remove the blue part with the mouse pad, then you can remove the screws from up and the keyboard. Now you have access to the lcd and battery.

    I want to change the cpu and the heatsink, but i get stuck when after i remove the keyboard and the back panels.
