    Hi Guys,

I format and reinstall Windows Vista on my colleague’s notebook (Acer 4920). I did backup the oem cert and the oem slp product key to avoid the troubles for call Microsoft in order activate the product but somehow it does not activate when I try restoring the oem cert and product key. I tried this method in some other notebooks like Acer 5920/47XXX and it was works perfectly. Anyone owns a 4920 and tried to activate by restoring the oem cert and slp product key?

Note: folks, the message above have nothing to do with cracking, disabling, or bypassing the activation. This method simply to activate the machine in the way the manufacturers does! :D

    Thanks :)
