    I've ran WoW on a much slower laptop. First thing you want to try is turning down all the graphic settings (like resolution, terrain distance) and see if it is playable. And slowly start turning some of them up to you get a performance/quality that is acceptable to you. If you have already tried this, then I don't have much information for you as in I don't know much about that Video card. Hope this was somewhat helpful.
