I recently bought my room mate an acer 5100 which came preloaded with vista basic ... now as it only has 512mb of ram it ran a little (who am i kinding) it ran slower than molasses in an alaskan blizzard... so i tried to upgrade him to xp ultimate which i loaded on my dell 600m with very little issues (needed to flash card the nic drivers)...

Well i tried using the same xp install on his machine (reformatting everything) and foresight not being 20/20 i neglected to ghost the system before i started.....

Now the machine starts and shows the xp loading screen then i get the blue screen of death and get this error msg everytime

    stop: 0x0000007B (0xF7A1D528, 0xC0000034, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

i typed it into the all knowing google and nothing nada... which brings me here... if any one could help it would be greatly appreciated thanx
