I've just recently purchased a Acer 5102WLMi - i'm happy to see that a lot of users on the forum like this little machine - wish the hard drive was a bit faster but otherwise no complaints.

I typically like to have two power adapters - one for work - one for home. I'm trying to figure out which 3rd party brand of power adapter will work specifically for this machine. I've tried the Kensington 120 V power supply and the adapter tip for the laptop connection doesn't seem to work. I've contact both Kensington asking about their smart tips bundle and they can't confirm that it works for this specific model of laptop. I've also tried contact APC seeing if they might have something with no avail.

Any help or knowledge about working travel adapters would be appreciated. I guess I could buy an extra power supply from Acer themselves but I'm worried that it's going to cost an arm and leg.

You need the N14 tip, which is special ordered from Kensington. Its a special tip for Acer notebooks.

You are on the right track - the 120W Slim Kensington is the best out there, I believe, at this time.
