    Acer 5112 Aspire WLMI first laptom need help

    hi i have bought a acer laptop
    and now i am wondring if some thing is wrong with the dvd/rw rom
    when i press the eject buttom only half or 1/3 of the tray (there you put cd )comes out i must pull out the rest or the tray then i put the cd and press then push it in again. is it some thing wrong
    or is all acer like this .

    This is normal. Desktop drives use motors with belts or gears to push the tray out, but it is plugged into the wall all the time. On most laptops they use a spring loaded mechanism to push the tray a little bit.

    what is exact name of dvd drive on Acer Aspire 5112WLMi?
    can you write its name from device manager?

    There are many benchmarking tools out there. 3DMark 01, 05 and 06 are just some which can show how goods a machine is from a gaming point of view. SuperPI show how powerfull the processor is.
