    Hello all,

I have an acer 5516 that the screen went dim. Easy enough, ordered the inverter and it came broke in two. I then got a replacement and that one wouldn't light the screen. I figure well hey could just be a bad inverter, not 100% uncommon. I then ordered another inverter and found that it is doing the same thing.

I then said okay, got a new LCD and that one won't light either. I am getting no voltage out of the inverters, any of them, on the CCFL connection going to the LCD it self.

Anyone have any ideas? I reseated the video cable, no change.

    Thanks everyone!
