Now my computer have the blu ray sign and I've been trying for the last few days to play blu-rays on my computer. I know I'm suppose to use either Cyberlink or Acer Arcade. I can't find arcade and Cyberlink keeps saying"there is a disc with an unsupported format in drive D". when I try to play Sound of Music or any other blu-ray , I can't seem to make the blu ray work at all, do anyone have any idea what else I can do?

Also my computer came with Cyberlink PowerDVD9

Does the drive detect the BR disc at all?
