I have Acer aspire 5601, and i'll cut to the case..

I just tried to turn hamachi on, and the moment he updated, my local area connection crashed, and my RealTek Lan card just vanished from "devices" in "my computer", along with Local area connection in "network connections".

I tried to install it again with it's official drivers, but always with the same result: " This device cannot start"...

I hadn't had any problems with my notebook till now, and even now, electricity was good, there was no "slowing downs" in windows, nothing, my Lan card simply "cannot start".
I formatted my C partition, and installed new WindowsXP pro+sp2, and again the same problem, windows didn't recognized it at all, and i get the same message (this device cannot start) when i try to install it manualy..

Does anybody know how "to start it" , is it "dead", or what's going on here?

    Thank you

All drivers installed, chipset and rest.

Well that IS the problem, there's no hardware with yellow exclamations, all fine in device manager...
