    I lost mine so i bought them from the site. I got them in the mail tried to get them to work. But they won't. i followed all the appropriate steps and nothing. Can someone help me troubleshoot this problem?

    If your PQ Service is still intact...

    Do this: Push ALT+F10 at bootup.
