    Hello,

I started to have issues with my ACER 5633 Laptop. After the boot up and initial sartup the windowns suddenly hangs up completely after 10 mints.

I thought it would be the FAN issues. but the FAN seems to work okay during the booting process.. I then looked at the Harddisk and this seems to be working fine also as I copied all my data by using the Mobile Hardisk cover.
I am wondering where the issue would be. Also How can I reconfigure this i dont remember which function keys installs the windows software in the Harddisk with which the laptop had come in.

A wide variety of issues (both hardware and software) can cause this.
I'd recommend looking into the Event Viewer for all red errors right after the next lock-up. Find the error message then google it (also look in Technet).
If you prefer the long and hard way, start swapping your hardware (HDDs, RAM), then clean your Windows of the garbage it accumulated, check for viruses, stress test your CPU/video cards etc...
