    whenever i press down on the touchpad the touchpad moves down. is this a problem?

    also sometimes the scroll button in the middle makes the synaptics program close, and then the touchpad stops working. how do i fix this problem?

    Middle button shouldn't disable touchpad (but FN+F7 yes)

    Do you have latest synpatics drivers?
