This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Hi,I have had my laptop for a year and a half now and up to now no problems,but now when i turn it on the message-disc read error appears press ctrl alt del.I have tried this a few times but just the same message.
    Anyone have any ideas? I am not much of a computer whizz so bare with me!
    Any help would be most appreciated,Thanks Mark.
