Hello - I have an Acer Aspire 5741, just over two years old. The case has cracked inside, apparently, in the left corner of the lower case near plug for the power adapter. So now the case wants to gap and flex at that point (not that this computer doesn't have too much flex aside from this).

The part that I need is identified as "upper cover" or "palm rest", the part number is 60.psv02.001 - i tried to search Acer's web page and didn't find anything. I searched google for the part number and found it from some vendor in China, for $60.00.

Does anyone have any suggestion on a site for Acer case parts, or other means by which I might find this part?

    Thanks in advance!

Just providing an update... I was able to find the required part through a website known as "sparepartworld" for $71.00 U.S. I was reasonably confident that it was correct based on having the part number from a service manual for the 5741. The part includes the touchpad. The site had a somewhat convoluted payment setup, but probably much more straight forward for anyone who uses PayPal.
