    Acer 5741G Bluetooth Pairing Problem

    hi
    i have an acer aspire 5741g and since i changed my Windows i have a problem with my bluetooth

    when i pair a device such as phone or laptop , everything is ok , but when i restart (or going to hibernate) my 5741 everything just erase ! no paired device , nothing !!
    then i have to pair again ...
    and i have to say that i upgraded driver to the latest version and nothing changed
    what is problem ?

    OS : windows 7x64 ultimate

    What kind of bluetooth would help. A dongle or board inside the laptop?
    Go to device manager and choose to update driver and allow search internet.
    If that fails then uninstall it in device manager and choose to remove the drivers also. Then reboot. Make sure you are connected to the internet. Let it search and install. Be patient.
