    If the case panel has those two middle screws, it looks they do that job and maybe he got them mixed up or was missing the case panel screw.

    EDIT: I missed the third one, but with that back panel it is held down by 2 screws.

    You don't need to worry about the missing screw, I got my 5750 without those screws , the clip itself is strong enough to hold the HDD in place and the back cover supports as well.
