I have an Acer 5742G-6846 and noticed this morning that I have Bios version 1.10 and thay are up to 1.22. My question is can I just update to 1.22 and get all the other updates or do I need to go through each one? It has been a long time since I have had to update a bios and I just don't want to brick my laptop.

    Thanks.

You go straight to the most recent one.
That said don't update unless release notes are interesting from your point of view- if it fixes something it's interesting (provided that's something that has been troubling you) but if it just adds support for new LCD panels or CPUs you shouldn't bother.
