    Yes although it will work at 1333MHz.

    Ah, OK so no real point in going for the 1600MHz speed then as may as well buy 2 sticks running at 1333Hz?

    Yeah, pretty much. Although 1600MHz sticks running at 1333MHz may have lower timings than regular 1333MHz ones.
