Are you getting an error message? Being more descriptive helps.

    No error messages....just nothing happens...
The HD DVD is recognized...it shows up. It displays what the HD DVD is called, etc.
When you press play it loads you see the busy circle icon in vista...but then it stops and nothing happens

Updated Arcade, it didn't work. Reverted to Stock Driver didn't work. Updated Driver didn't work. Tried Cyberlink PowerDVD, crashes when I try to start the HD DVD. Searched forum...didn't find anything.

I found the problem...seems like RM clock interferes with the playback, if I turn that off it works perfectly

Also...anyone know any other video card drivers that work with HD DVD besides the stock?
