    Andy, the Radeon HD 4650 1GB DDR2 is currently the best upgrade for an MXM-II notebook, but those are incredibly hard to locate. The Radeon HD 3650 should work, but try to find a 256MB GDDR3 version instead of the 512MB DDR2; it'll be faster.

    So that card shound work will need vbios flash? it not my laptop i wound get oringal card if cound be source but 3560 seem look pretty good replace not super pricey for repair older laptop

    It looks like it's got an Acer part number on it (VG.86M06.003), so no vBIOS updating should be required.

    I end just heating gpu for bit with heat gun it working now i have done this with other laptop not a perm fix but seem work for bit when am wait for card to come in

    too bad acer did,nt just recall the nvidia

    Acer has no money/cannot afford to recall since their laptops are already dirt cheap.
