This was so simple to do i had to pass it on!! This will work on every equipted notebook with windows media player... It will give a nice volume boost to media player.
(1) Open up windows media player by starting an audio clip.. etc.
(2) Right click on the top dark colored boarder that displays the following words.. Now Playing, Library, Rip, Burn, Sync.. You will now be at a menu displaying the following... file, view, display, tools, help, show clasic menus.
(3) Choose, View---> Enhancements---> Graphic equalizer.
(4) Click on the botom choice for how the equalizer sliders move.
(5) Now move all of sliders all the way up equally, then click the red "x" on the right lower side of the media player screen to close the equalizer menu.
(6) Enjoy the higher volume!![]()
* This will only work for low recorded music, as higher level recordings will sound very distorted, and if this occurs just reset the equalizer so that all sliders are in the middle position again.
