    Acer 5920g Power button boot up problem

    Previously, My laptop would boot up at the press of the power button, now however there would be a delay and only then does the laptop boots up, be it charging or not. Any clues to why this is happening?

    Help? Anyone? It seems When I'm charging, I could just press the button, but would have to wait for the delayed boot up.

    However, without plugging in the AC, I would have to hold the power button. I'm sure the power button is physically fine though, as it responds immediately when i press to shut down my laptop
