I love trying out new drivers, in fact, I did installed so many that I think the driver history in my update software interface (the one which appears when you use the "have-disk" method) that it takes a LONG time to load it all. Is there a way to clear them up? neither driver sweeper nor driver cleaner helped out in this.

These drivers seem to be stored in a part of the windows folder, in order for me to reinstall these older drivers without having to download them again. But it's causing the update driver to load really slowly.

Maybe you can try making a backup and then delete all oem*.inf and oem*.pnf files from \windows\inf. That should do the trick.
