    Just brought this model. Having set up the fingerprint access it is now come on with a blue box asking me to enter current password I have entered the password 20 times and will not access the computer. Is there any way or anyone who can help me get into my computer as I am having a nightmare. last night it would not let me get on with fingerprint access then later when i tried it it let me on now it is asking for current password but will not accept my password. thanking you. Andy
