    How would I fix it?

All the other buttons work, like : mute, hold, arcade delux, etc.

But the volume is not working right.

Could anyone PLEASE help me. Kinda urgent.. =S

    reinstall the launch manager..

Are you using WIndows 7? If yes you have to use the Vista Launchmanager. Run the installer in Compatibility mode Windows Vista SP2 and install. Then go to the root folder of launchmanager and make LManager.exe run in compatibility mode Windows Vista SP2 also. :D

Works for me on my 6935G with Windows 7. The launchmanager driver provided for Windows 7 just wouldnt work..

I am having the same problem but i have vista home premium 64 bit. Any ideas on how to fix my problem? I tried what you wrote prior to reading your reply (posted somewhere else), my computer froze at the log in screen. I had to use an external mouse to log in and uninstall launch manager. I reinstalled Launch Manager without checking the box for service pack 2 compatibility and it is not freezing up anymore but the volume still does not sync with the system volume. I just started doing this today out of nowhere!
