    Hey, just received my acer today, loving it so far. One question though.

    The CPU (T5800) is idling at:
    Core0: 48C
    Core1: 51C

    And GPU (9600M GS) idle:
    55C

    Is this too hot?

    I don't see that as too bad. If your concerned about the temps though, you could do a couple of things, get a notebook cooler, or try undervolting your CPU, theres a really good guide here about it, basically reduces the voltage the CPU uses, thus reducing the temps.
