Hello all, thanks in advance for all of your help on this forum, I frequent here for the best advice! Hopefully, someone has experienced this issue and can help guide me to a solution. Here goes:
I recently attempted to restore to factory using the partition, all went well, windows setup loaded , booted to OS and installed all 22 acer customizations. Then the laptop restarted and entered what I like to refer to as a recovery loop. It will automatically attempt to access the recovery partition, but the options of "Restore factory..." and "Restore from a user backup..." are greyed out and only the exit option is accessible. I cannot re-restore, nor boot into windows which loaded fine initially. Please advise as to how to fix this very frustrating issue! :)
