I recently my laptop started shutting down randomly after a Ram and GeForce 9600M GT upgrade. I thought it was a temp issue so had it all cleaned out and the CPU upgraded to a T9600 at the same time

howver the temps are now fine (on Core temp anyway) but i'm getting tandom shut downs when FM 2013 and/or media player are runnig..

i know there is a thread above regarding an issue with the, GeForce 9600M GT causing this but cannot see BIOS fix for the 6930g, can anyone help or know which BIOS flash is compatible for me?

i will be tryin the old default card with the new upgrage once i remember where i stashed it :)

    The audio wasnt it :(

Can anyone help the only thing i can see or think of from investigating the problem is lack of power the new GPU (9600m gt) and RAM, causing the problem when games are run,

Any way i can check what power my setup should be getting?

You either help here or don't help. Don't go "visit here-or-there and we will help you".
