    Acer 6935G Clean install - HELP

    I Have just install vista home premium 64bit on my laptop,
    This went well but am now trying to access the recovery partition using e recovery so i can install some acer apps (Acer Arcade). I have not removed the recovery partition however I cannot seem to access the files using erecovery.

    any ideas please help. when using e recovery it says extracting files then stops working.

    I had to create a folder in C: acer / preload / autorun
    inorder to install ercovery
