    Acer 7720G Disply Driver stops working!!!!!!

    Hi, Well im realy needing someones help, my acer (3 months of use), is having a problem every time i try to play games on it, the images frizzes and restarts to windows, then appers a msg that my disply driver stops working, i want to now if it can be fix this issu....thanks for your helpp

    What is your video card? What is your video card driver version?

    im using the 8600M GT (up to 1280mb)
    The version is 7.15.0011.5655

    Get the driver from http://laptopvideo2go.com/. You can get from there optimized-for-laptop video drivers. There are many version, but I heard 169.09 is the most stable.
    Don't forget to remove your driver first.

    ok, ill try it out, to remove is only to uninstal it yes?

    Yeah pretty much..there was some software to remove the driver completely but I can't remember the name..Check this out.

    but i cant find the driver for vista 32 Bits, i only find it for 64 bits

    i did every thing, uninstalld the driver, and all, but every time i got to install the version of the disply driver, it says that it dident find any comptble hardwar, how can i fix this?

    Try to update manually. Download the INF only, go to Device Manager, find Display Adapter, find Update Driver, do NOT let Windows to search for it.
    Select Display Adapter from the list of devices, then point Windows to where the driver is located, or don't let him search and click HAVE DISK.. on the next screen and select the INF file. This might work.
