I'm looking to upgrade my WiFi card in my Aspire V3-772G to a Killer Wireless-N 1202, are there any V3-772G owners on this forum that know if the card is compatible with the laptop (not whitelisted in the BIOS)?

I've done a search on Google on this topic and have not found any answers, I know there's a BIOS mod for the v3-772G that unlocks the advanced menu which I've not tried yet since my laptop is still under warranty.

Are there any V3-772G owners who've tried the modded BIOS with advanced menu unlocked know if the modded BIOS has the WiFi cards whitelist removed also?

    Thanks in advance,

Acer never used whitelisting in any of their notebooks so there is nothing to remove.

Thanks downloads, I didn't know this.

I could not give you rep+ for the above answer, something about spreading reps; so I liked it hope that helps a bit.
