    Hey guys,

    i really need some help here because when i want do open the energy settings of the acer empowering technology a window opens in which i can not change anything. Here is a screenshot of it.

    I am not sure why you get this on your laptop but you can change the power settings using the windows. Just right click on the battery icon (bottom right) and choose power options. Then click on the 'change plan settings' and then choose 'change advanced power settings', a new window will pop up where you can adjust almost everything on that plan. Just make sure you save the changes.
    For your problem, I would advise you to uninstall and reinstall the software, you might have changed something in the services or start up programs. Did you try to unistall any software or stop it from automatically start up when the windows are loading?
