    Acer 7745G keyboard problem

    Hi. My problem with this laptop is that, when I push 3 keys at the same time, the 3rd one does not respond. For example, driving NFS, I push keys up (gas), left and want to shift up (A) at the same time, the A key does not respond. But if I change key bindings shift up to R, it works. Summary I can mostly use only 2 keys at the same time, or have to find ones, that works. Is this software or hardware problem? If software, how can I solve it?
