Someone please help. I have an Acer 7750 laptop. It used to have a feature called palmcheck installed on it. My harddrive crashed so i sent the laptop back to Acer and they put a new harddrive in it and installed windows back on the device. I used to be able to go to control panel/mouse/device settings/settings and then in there i would have the option under sensitivity to control palm check. This feature is no longer there. I uninstalled old drivers and installed new drivers from Synaptics website. Where the sensitivy option should be there is only an about tab. No other tabs are displayed. What do i do???????
