    Hello

Sorry this is my first post. I have had this laptop 3 weeks ans am having a nighmare playing blu ray films. Acer arcade deluxe installed an update and now it won't play any films. I uninstalled it before realising I hadn't got a back to re-install the program. I have now managed to re-install but there is only 2 speakers under audio settings and no 5.1 selection. Any ideas?

    Thanks

I reeived the 6920G yesterday and Blu-ray worked first time. I too then updated Arcade and then it would no longer play Blu-ray (or any dvd for that matter). Pretty poor that an update cripples the software. I'm going to raise it with Acer support.
