    Hi,

Last December I've installed Win 8 64bit (clean installation over Vista) on my Acer 8930g laptop. Everything went ok, but suddenly a couple of months ago the 5.1 sound is damaged. Specifically, the front right & left speakers are very low, and the center speaker is silent. I tried everything, but no good.
Two days ago, I re-installed Win 8 64 bit (clean installation), but the problem still remains. I've installed the latest Realtek HD audio from Realtek's site and I've made all tests from Control Panel, Playback Devices, etc.

    Can anyone help??

    Thanks
