The max it will get is 96%. I have it plugged in all day. Is this normal? Thanks!

No worries, sometimes the battery won't charge all the way; it's nothing to be concerned about as long as you are in the 90s. As the battery is used sometimes it won't charge to 100% anymore. Look at the battery guide if you want more information. I imagine it will go from 96-100% as you track it from day-to-day and week-to-week.

95% even for a new battery is totally normal ... besides the measuring device isn't accurate to 1 ppm like OTC medicines or other pharmacological goodies are ;)
