Mine is actually the 9410Z with Vista Premium but it should be the same thing as 9410. Anyway, there's a yellow exclamation mark next to "mass storage controller". Does anyone know how to fix this problem? None of the drivers from Acer website seems to take care of it. Other than that everything works fine on XP. Thanks!

That is your complete system serial number what he wanted was your series model number and it appears based on that serial you have an aspire 9410-2597. All we need to see is LXAWE0X004 all the numbers after that is your personal system serial number.

    These are your specs http://www.compusa.com/products/product_info.asp?product_code=344235

Hopes this helps others to guide you with your problem

oh by the way did you plug in any digital cameras to your notebook recently sometimes if their drivers aren't installed properly windows does that mass storage controller thing...If that doesn't work go to add hardware in control panel and let windows scan your notebook for new devices and see if anything new is detected. And then let us know what happens
