I have problem with my laptop, the screen doesn’t work at all and I have to connect it to the different monitor. After connecting with other monitor on the screen after turning on BIOS there are lines along the whole screen and they don’t disappear . Windows is loading properly but everything is in 16 colours and the resistant 640x480.

It is not a problem with drivers, because the problem starts in BIOS. I don’t know what might be a problem, I think it might be a graphic card.

It’s a laptop : Acer Aspire 9425WSMi with graphic GForce GO 7300. Does changing the graphic card will solve a problem? And do I have to change the screen.
