    Acer ASPIRE 5315 eRecovery problem

    Hi there, hope anyone can assist me
    My Acer laptop goes straight into recovery.....
    ASPIRE 5315

    Does not log in at all. It is now on Acer eRcovery Management, and requires a password.
    We never entered a password before.........

    Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

    (I am using another laptop at the moment)

    You should start your own thread to get more attention and I don't think anyone can help regarding the passwords because of the forum rules.
