This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    when i start my laptop in normal mode, the mouse, is unresponsive and lags abou alot, and takes a while to move it to where i want it, also the keyboard doesn't type and pressing the keys several times until it registers.
    but when i put the laptop in safe mode, it is fine, works brilliantly, but i need the features of normal mode, so can someone help fix this problem, c
