    Acer Aspire 1672 wlmi, external power [:(]

    Hello,
    I've bought this notebook 3 months ago. I'm experiencing now serious problems with the external power source. When used without battery the notebook shuts down frequently as it loses power suddendly. When used with battery and external power plugged in, it doesn't charge the battery and the notebook works like the external power were unplugged.
    I've read other reports on this problem from other guys in my country (Italy) and I know for sure that a friend of mine has the same problem.
    It seems that the Acer support center here has no idea on how to solve the problem, a guy has got a 1672 kidnapped by the Acer Customer Service... Have you any idea to help us or have some money back?
