    Hi everyone i need help with aspire1694 bios updating.I download 3A45 bios from acer ftp for my vista system and there is 3 bios in zip file m22 m24 and m26. i have ati mobility x700 with 256MB vram so i googled and find out m26 is ati x700 256MB and i try to update my bios with m26 file but i cant.WinPlash save my old bios but when it pass the other step(updating bios) my computer show a blue screen(the is no warnings or writings) and turn off.I turn it on and there is no problem with my computer still working as used to but when i look bios version, it is still the old one.Anyone has a solution for this.
    I want to update my bios because im having trouble with vista.When vista need permission for something, my screen goes crazy and shows vertical and horizontal lines nothing readable.I try all video drivers from ati(and omega) but problem still exist.
